How to make personalized gifts

  1. 1

    Pick a product

Choose the object they will actually use: a shirt, a hoodie, a mug, or a sticker. Color and size are part of the product. The print area you see is the one we can actually print.

  2. 2

    Add your picture or words

Put their name, a photo you took, or a short line of type on the print area in the browser. Upload a photo you have the rights to, or set type in the studio. If a photo would print under about 150 DPI, the designer says so before you pay.

  3. 3

    A person checks it

A person at Fetch Now looks at the art before it prints. We aim to review within one business day. If we cannot print it, we say so before the item is made.

  4. 4

    We print and ship

Printify prints the approved file and a carrier delivers it. We don't promise a particular day. You'll get email as the order moves.

Products and prices

Tees from $22.99. Mugs from $17.99. Stickers from $5.99. Hoodies and other gifts show their price in the designer.

Occasions and ideas

  • Birthday

A name and a number on a mug, or a photo on a tee. Order one. You do not need a party of twelve to unlock the price.

  • Family reunion

Matching shirts with the reunion name you chose, in the sizes people actually wear. Youth sizes are separate products.

  • Team or event

A weekend, a club, a class trip. Use your own words. Leave league logos and school seals off unless you have permission.

  • Mother's Day and Father's Day

A photo from your camera roll and a line in your voice. The mug wrap wants that photo in the center, not on the seam.

  • Pets

The animal is the portrait. Crop close, keep the file sharp, and skip the copyrighted cartoon version of a pet you did not draw.

A gift is a product you design

Personalized, on this site, means you put something specific on a product: a name, a date, a photo you have the rights to. It does not mean we look up a person and invent a present. You choose the object. The Classic Unisex Tee starts at $22.99. The white 11 oz ceramic mug starts at $17.99. A hoodie, a poster, a sticker, or a tote shows its price in the designer.

People shop this page when they know the occasion and not the object. A mug is the smaller, desk-shaped gift. A shirt is the thing they wear out of the house. A hoodie is the cold-weather version. A sticker is a favor, not a portrait. If you only have time for one, pick the object they already use. A beautiful file on a product they will not touch is still a miss.

There is no gift wrap and no handwritten card, because we do not offer those. The personalization is the print. The box is the print partner's. Plan the date with that in mind: we do not promise arrival by a birthday. If the day is close, this is the wrong week to start.

Ideas that stay on the right side of the law

A child's name on a shirt for that child, a couple's photo from your wedding, a house number, a pet, a joke you wrote. Those are the ordinary gifts this shop is for. A movie poster, a sports crest, a brand logo you like, a celebrity's face: those are the gifts we refuse. The difference is whether you have the right to print it.

Family names are not trademarks by themselves. A family name set in a sports team's lettering, with their colors and their mark, is a different object and will be declined. If the idea only works because of someone else's brand, it is their idea.

Photos of people: you should have permission to print them, especially if they are the gift and also the ones who might not want a shirt. That is manners and, for a commercial likeness, the law. The terms say you stand behind the content you submit. Upload like you mean that.

How the order actually moves

You design the gift in the browser. Checkout authorizes the card through Stripe. A person at Fetch Now checks the art. We capture payment only after that yes. We aim to review within one business day. Then Printify prints and a carrier ships. You get email. There is no account to create for the shop itself.

If we cannot print it, we say so before the item is made, and the authorization is released or the payment is refunded if it already settled. If we ask for a revision, you can fix the file while the hold is in place. Read the note. A revision is not a free redesign of the concept.

Order one gift or several. There is no minimum. A set of reunion shirts is a quantity of the same made-to-order product. A mug plus a shirt is two products. Design both. Do not expect one file to fit both print areas.

Shipping and the defect promise

We don't promise a delivery date. After approval, Printify makes the item and hands it to a carrier. The shipping you see is the partner's standard rate for the United States or Canada. For a gift, that means you should not tell someone a box will be there on a particular morning.

Custom goods are not returnable just because you changed your mind or the wording isn't what you pictured. If the print is damaged, or the wrong item arrives, email support@fetchnow.net within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we will reprint or refund. That is the same promise on the terms page.

If you are the giver and the receiver finds a smear or the wrong size, the same 30 days from delivery applies. A photo of the problem is what we need. A note that they wished the joke were funnier is not a defect.

Picking the right gift

For a parent who drinks coffee at a desk, start with the mug. White is $17.99. Black is $19.99. Keep the portrait in the center of the wrap. For someone who lives in t-shirts, start at $22.99 and pick the color that makes your art visible. For a cold climate or a matching family layer, use a hoodie and read the price in the designer. For a stocking or a party bag, use a sticker and design it thick and simple. Stickers from $5.99.

Kids' clothes are in the apparel catalog under kids. Youth sizes are available. Do not buy an adult small and hope. Baby and toddler sizes have their own print areas. Nothing sexualizing a minor, ever.

Home goods — a poster, a pillow, a blanket — are the right gift when the person would rather look at the art than wear it. See prices in the designer. Open the home catalog and read the number there. This gifts page links to them so you can leave with a plan.
