Order one. There is no minimum and no account to create. Checkout authorizes your card through Stripe. Fetch Now captures the payment only after a person approves the design. We aim to review within one business day.
Printify makes the item and ships it after we send an approved file. We do not promise a delivery date, because production and transit belong to the print partner and the carrier. If the print is damaged, or the wrong item arrives, email support@fetchnow.net within 30 days of delivery with a photo for a reprint or refund. A change of mind about the wording is not a defect.
Use photos and words you have the right to print. Third-party logos, copyrighted characters, team marks, and celebrity likeness used commercially are refused. So are hate, explicit images, and anything sexualizing minors. Repeat infringing uploads can get an email address blocked. That is the same rule on every product.

Photos should be sharp enough for the print area. The designer warns when an image would land under about 150 DPI. Large type beats a paragraph of small text. Leave a margin inside the print box so nothing important is cut off. Dark art on a dark color disappears. Light art on a light color does the same. Pick the color after you know whether the design is light or dark.
When the live catalog is connected, the tiles show the real product titles, photos, and prices for this group. When it is not, the Classic Unisex Tee and the 11 oz ceramic mug are still available. Either way, the links are ordinary anchors, so you can open a product without waiting on a script.

Is there a minimum order?
No. Order one shirt, one mug, or one sticker. Fetch Now is made to order for you, not a shop that requires a dozen.
Does a person check the artwork?
Yes. Every design is reviewed by a person at Fetch Now before it is sent to print. Checkout authorizes your card. We capture the payment after that review. We aim to look within one business day.
What if the print arrives damaged or wrong?
Custom items are not returnable because you changed your mind. If the print is damaged, or the wrong item arrives, email support@fetchnow.net within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we will reprint or refund.
When will it ship?
We don't promise a particular delivery date. After a person approves the art, Printify prints the item and a carrier delivers it. You'll get email as the order moves.
What file should I use?
Design in the browser, or upload a picture you own. Keep it above the 150 DPI warning in the studio, and keep important details inside the print area.
