Drinkware is a different kind of print from a shirt. A mug wrap is a wide, short image that has to meet near the handle without a face landing on the seam. The studio for the simple mug is built around that wrap. Tumblers and bottles use the print area for that product, which you see before you check out.
The white 11 oz ceramic mug is $17.99. The black 11 oz mug is a little more. Both prices are shown before you pay. Tumblers, bottles, and other cups show their price in the designer. Shipping is the print partner's standard rate for the United States or Canada.
Ceramic mugs are fired after the art is approved. They are not a same-hour product, and we do not promise a delivery date. You will get email when the order moves.
Photos of people, pets, and hand-lettered names are the usual reason someone wants a mug. Keep important faces and words away from the far left and right edges, because those edges meet near the handle. A busy background makes small type harder to read on a curve. If you only need a name and a date, large type on a quiet background is the safer design.
The same human review covers drinkware. We refuse trademarks, copyrighted characters, hate, explicit images, and anything involving minors in a sexual way. A birthday name that you have the right to print is welcome. A movie still is not.

How much is a custom mug?

Is the design on one side or all the way around?
The simple 11 oz mug uses a wrap print. Design the wide canvas in the studio, and keep faces and words out of the seam near the handle.
Does a person check the artwork?
Yes. Every design is reviewed by a person at Fetch Now before it is sent to print. Checkout authorizes your card. We capture the payment after that review. We aim to look within one business day.
Is there a minimum order?
No. Order one shirt, one mug, or one sticker. Fetch Now is made to order for you, not a shop that requires a dozen.
What if the print arrives damaged or wrong?
Custom items are not returnable because you changed your mind. If the print is damaged, or the wrong item arrives, email support@fetchnow.net within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we will reprint or refund.
When will it ship?
We don't promise a particular delivery date. After a person approves the art, Printify prints the item and a carrier delivers it. You'll get email as the order moves.
